Tending the Flock (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a streetwear brand offering limited-edition, pre-order-based apparel. Our products are sold on a first-come, first-served basis, and availability is not guaranteed.
2. Pre-Orders & Payment
- All pre-orders are final and non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
- Payment is required at checkout to secure your item.
- Production begins after pre-orders close which takes approximately 3 - 7 working days, after then a 2 - 4 days shipping period will commence.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping times may vary due to location, customs, or unforeseen delays.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been shipped.
4. Returns & Exchanges
- Due to the pre-order nature of our products, all sales are final.
- We only accept returns for defective or incorrect items. If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us at officialflock10@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos).
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging for any claims.
5. Cancellations & Order Changes
- Once a pre-order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
- Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.
6. Intellectual Property
- All designs, logos, and branding associated with Tending the Flock are intellectual property and cannot be copied, resold, or used without permission.
